Korean Air
Korean Air is both the flag carrier and the largest airline of South Korea and serves over 100 cities in 38 countries internationally and 13 cities domestically. The airline is rated amongst the top 20 airlines in the world in terms of passengers carried and is also the top-ranked international cargo airline.
Since the launch of the airline in 1962 by the South Korean Government, the airline has rapidly grown to a fleet of 133, including an AIRBUS 380 in which the entire first floor is dedicated to business class passengers. The brand new first class, the "Kosmo Suite" seats, and the business class, "Prestige Sleeper" seats were first introduced in the Boeing 777-300ERs in May 2009. Both seats could stretch to 180 degrees, and became more private than seats before.
Korean Air continues to be a market leader offering innovative and accommodating service to passengers and has won many customer service and safety awards including the prestigious Skytrax World Airline Award for Best Economy Class.

SKYPASS Loyalty Program
SKYPASS is the loyalty program offered to all Korean Air customers and allocates reward points on the basis of miles and class flown. Mileage rewards earned by customers can be used to redeem flights, hotel and accommodation and car rental services and various credit card companies. Passengers collect both airline miles and status points which go towards achieving a high frequent flyer status and additional benefits such as bonus flights and upgrades. Korean Air is a member of the SkyTeam Airline Alliance which allows loyal members to accrue points on designated other SkyTeam Airline Alliance airline flights.
